According to a report from Keller Williams Research first-time home buyers are most motivated by three key factors.
Driving Factors 1. The Current Market 2. Financial Readiness 3. Location & Price
First-time home buyers recognize the opportunity in today's market. Including low interest rates, lower prices and tax breaks all make buying more appealing. They also sited financial readiness as the next factor. Finally, location and price continued to be front runners in the decision to purchase. First-time buyers stated the proximity to their current rental location and affordability were leading criteria when buying.
For sellers looking to appeal to first-time home buyers our team is best equipped to advise you on how to make the most of these factors when it is time to sell.
